    [split]Install sis on Series 40 (was. Re: install and run sis on s60 2nd edition fp3)

    hey can anyone tell me s40 can be install with sis file?i wanna play games on my mobile when i am out when i put the .sis file into my phone directly using the bluetooth the file is not readable can anyone help me please?

    First, there's no such thing as S40, the name of the platform is Series 40.
    Knowing that you should be able to find applications/games that run on this Java based platform. The files you're looking for have .jar extension and before download you should ensure that they are compatible with your particular phone model / platform version.

    .sis and .sisx files work only with Symbian based phones, such as those using the S60 platform.
