    Talking Open Signing

    Hello,

When do I need to get my application signed if I am using SwEvent?

    1. Can I do the coding and testing on my computer and once the program is working right I can get it signed?

    2. Do I need to get the program signed before I start coding?

    Regards,

    RickTheGreat

That might work, but it might also depend on what your application does exactly. In some cases you may need to test it on a device, which means signing it and then deploying it.

How do you intend to do that?

Well, like Bogdan said, you may need a device. You can code the application and test the script on the unsigned Python Script Shell 1.4.5, if it require SwEvent

Then, if you pack it into a .sis file, you'll need to sign the .sis before installing.

Yup. Btw, Emulator doesn't require signing.
