How to check if a TextField has focus

    Well, the title is self-explanatory
Is there a possibility in J2ME to check if a Form element (whether it's a TextField or a ChoiceGroup) has focus, and trigger a function as soon as the element gets focus?

I don't believe the ItemStateListener is what I'm looking for: it only gets triggered when the value of the TextField or the selected element of the ChoiceGroup changes.

There is no way you can detect the focus of a particular Form Item.
