It would be nice if we developpers have access to a list telling us what formats we should work in so we can sell our stuff on Ovi Store.

Note that with ringtones, if it is not based on your own compositions (you don't own the copyrights or re-sale rights to the music, if it is music), then you can't make money off it legally. You would need to have an agreement/contract with the record label and/or composers/musicians/performers and possibly also various royalty collection agencies in different countries. Or you need to compose the ringtone yourself, and also play and record it yourself (or generate by computer).

And of course ringtones with clips from television shows or movies are also owned by the respective owners of those shows/movies.

Same with screensavers and themes, if they include, e.g., images that are owned by, e.g., movie studios & such.

You also have to have the rights to sell the software/applications, too, of course.

I'm trying to sell ringtones on Ovi myself (I own 100% copyright, so that's not the issue). When I add a new content item, I only get options for Symbian, J2ME, Flash Lite, & Widgets. How do we publish Ringtones and the like to the Ovi store?
