Send HTTP request without user intervention

    Hi,
Is it possible to send an HTTP request using a default access point without prompting any messages to the user?
    If yes, then ... how?

Thanks for the reply, I know understand how can it be achieved.
Can this sort of thing pass the Symbian Signed criteria (i didn't find anything regarding it in the test criteria)? I think it is pretty un-ethical to connect to the internet without the user's permission.

You would need to ask users permission, but you could also maybe put it into the settings, so user could select that the permission is not asked. But of course by default you need to set it off.
