    Get user's email settings

    Hi Guys,
right now I am working on a J2ME midlet which should be able to send a mail.
To realize that, I used Mail4Me which is working fine for me. My problem is, that I don't have a mailserver ready, where I can connect to.
So I want to know if there is a way to get the user's mail settings, if they are set....
An answer would be very nice
    Cheers

    Re: Get user's email settings

    hey man,
thanks for the recommendation! But what I need to access are the SMTP- and the POP-settings stored in the N95's own mail application!
My problem is, that I don't have a mail server I have to connect to and I am wondering if I am even able to access the settings stored on the phone...
Under which type of license was mujmail developed???

You will not be able to access the user's email settings. You will need to provide your own settings. Use a Form to enter them, and store them in RMS. If you store the password, you should make some attempt to encrypt it.

    Cheers,
    Graham.
