first of all i want to give u a suggestion that this is the developer forum where u can share ur problems not requesting for whole code. First of all do R&D by urself which makes u more clear about any API and also enhance ur skills.
Video streaming of 3gp is quite not possible or approximately impossible with HTTP connection. If u want to do so then u have to study about 3gp encoding, decoding so that u can merge two or more 3gp files. If u want to stream the video with HTTP connection then u have to download the 3gp files in chunks and as the first chunk going to finish then u have to download the next chunk for playing the next chunk and so on. The first will play quite easily but for the next chunk u have to set the header of next chunk. For this u have to read about the 3gp file format. This work is very tedious. I dont think so that anyone had done it with HTTP connection.
But for streaming if u have RTSP server then there should be no such problems arising with u. The only thing which matters is that ur device should be RTSP supported.
First of all try to solve ur queries by ur own. Dont get dependent on Forum.
    thanks,
    jitu_goldie..

    KEEP TRYING..
