    Question Server BT on PC

    Hello guys ,

I have to make a Bluetooth server that runs on PC (windows OS).
The server send a string of text to my phone (nokia n95) that is running the example BTPMPExample

I ask you what language it is better to implement the server: java or c++?

There is already something that works?

    Ideas?

    Thanks

For C/C++ you can find examples, either in the Microsoft Platform SDK or in the SDK of specific Bluetooth stacks.

    Re: Server BT on PC

    Hi Wizard,
I would find a guide to create a program on my computer, (i think that i must use java, because this program must run on Windows and Linux platforms too) to send a string via bluetooth to my phone that implements the PMPExample. I did not want that the programs is already made, but I wanted to achieve it.
Do you have any useful links?
    Thanks

I do not know if there are API-s for accessing BT in desktop Java.
