    GPS - Location Info

    Hi All,

    I have developed a widget for my Nokia 5800 which shows GPS Location Info like Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Speed, Avg. Speed, Max. Speed, etc. My application works fine as long as I am out doors, but, when I enter a building or some enclosed area I loose fix with satellites, but, my application continues displaying (static) data. How do I find out whether I have lost the fix on satellites or not. I am using the following -
    result = so.ILocation.GetLocation(criteria);
    . I have tried out using
    result.ErrorCode, but it always returns Error Code - 0 (Success)
    . Please help.

    Thanks,
    Shankx

    Re: GPS - Location Info

    Hi,

    You need get new information about your localization. Maybe your application is using a cache information, and the connection down but the information still being send from a cache. So, your application doesn't show the correct information, I'm not sure about this, but in this link http://library.forum.nokia.com/topic...1C4378307.html you can see the properties and descriptions, and you have UpdateOptions. Maybe can help you.
