    hi,

Basic capabilities should work unless you are reading file from any other protected area.

You can add this code to ur project simply with ur view & container.Add the code the given in project as in separate cpp and implement ur own observer class in which the Mdaaudioobserver class will be used.I have done that and played the audio files successfully.

    Hi,

Why don't you look at examples given in SDK to know about UI framework. There are lot of UI examples are given in SDK. You can see on wiki also

Whenever you pickup code from wiki or any other source, than check what APIs are used in code, open SDK, read basics about that API and check what different capabilities are required for that API.

For integration with GUI, it's depends on you that how look and feel you want. Basically AppView is your container, so you can use it, and call all functionality of audio files from there. You can get commands of menu from HandleCommandL() method of Appui.

i think it would be benefecial if You add another view class in ur project from which you will call your audio playing cpp's functions. For e.g from ur view you will be calling a play command from options .
