I've tried looking for an answer in the Knowledge Base, but failed to find anything relevant.
I'm having problems backing up my data from my 6131 using Bluetooth connection with PC Suite 18.104.22.168. If I choose more than 1 option to backup, everything goes fine until the process arrives to Phone model-specific backup. At that point, it stops for a very long time, until I get the message "Connection with your phone has been reset. Reconnect your phone and try again." (not an exact quote, but that's the gist of it). If I choose just one option, the scenario is similar, but backup eventually finishes successfully, however doing it bit by bit is a real pain.
