    Re: Link Content type

I've tried to get that clarified in today's webinar but I guess one will have to wait until the full Q&A transcript will be published here, as promised.

Anyhow, the "link item" (I suspect a preconfigured browser bookmark) is a content type reserved for premium partners so regular publishers need not care about it too much.

We'll have an answer for that in the Q&A transcript we're wrapping up. It will be posted on the FN.com page, hopefully at the same location where the recorded webinars will be posted.

    Re: Link Content type

    hello,

The "Link Item" content type that you may have seen in the publish to Ovi webinars is only available to Download! publishers; it's not available to publishers for Ovi Store. Because of my admin rights when demoing the intake system on the training server I have visibility into both Download! and Ovi Store publishing channels and supported content types. In Download!, the "Link item" could just point to a URL.

In the actual production (live) publish to Ovi intake system that Ovi publishers are using today, they don't see the "Link item" content type.

    Hope this helps.
