HTTP File Upload without using buffer???

    Hi,

I need to upload the file to server, which i have attained using the fllowing link:
    http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...part/form-data

But the issue is that we need to make use of the temporary buffer in whcih file contents are read and then the temp buffer contents are uploaded to server. I need to ask is, Is there any way in which directly are file contents are uploaded to server without making use of temporary buffer.

This is because heap memory is limited, and if we have to upload the larger file say 3-4 MB which may cause problem.

    Help would be appreciated.

If you do not want to read the whole file into the memory, you can still consider reading and understanding how MHTTPDataSupplier works. After that you will be able to provide an implementation which reads the file in multiple smaller chunks.

    Thanks wizard for your suggestion.

But this will also require the file data to be read in temporary buffer though the size will be smaller. But i need is to totally bypass the temporary buffer usage. As say we provide path to server and server itself read the data on its end or something like that.

Hope you understood the statement of problem.

    Regards,

I understand your requirement, but it is not supported - at least not via the RHTTP* API-s.
