    Application closed: panic !!!

    Hi,
I am working on SDK 5.After open emulator i get a panic as:
    Application closed:
    !WidgetRegistry

where the memory is leaked?i don't open any application.just open the emulator.
And if i run any application(even example of SDK) i get a memory leakage panic.

    Thanks in Advance.

!WidgetRegistry is a system applications that panics all the time in the emulator. It has nothing to do with your application and you should simply ignore it.

Well, this is more related to your HelloWorld indeed. ALLOC panics are about memory leaks.
Since Hello Worlds are usually not that complex, you may succeed in finding the leak by reading your code.
But you will certainly benefit from experimenting with HookLogger. Visit http://developer.symbian.com, and you will find it in the Tools section.

Actually, I have to wonder why Nokia still didn't manage to fix this particular eeker.

It has been around annoying devs, for, um, a very long time...
