Creating UI Environment for S60 Example Apps

I was wondering if it was possible to create the .uidesign environment in Carbide.c++ for one of the example S60 3rd applications (WebClient), which by default does not have the .uidesign files. Can this be done?

You can add a UIDesign (View & Control to it)

Thanks for the info! I've attempted to do this by selecting File > New > S60 UI Design and adding it to my current project, but it basically adds a blank .uidesign file to my project. Is there any way generate the .uidesign files for the files that already exist in the S60 3rd WebClient example project?
