I have a 3510i and i have been having problems getting the phone to switch to silent. When i try to do so, and someone phones me, even though the phone is on silent, it emits the ringing tone at a very low volume. This means the phone is useless to me as i need to use it in a quiet environment. I have owned numerous other Nokia phones and i am familiar with how they work. I have tried creating new profiles, setting the incoming call alert to "Off", restoring to factory settings and even got the software upgraded to the latest version and the problem remains. Does anyone know how to stop this or does anyone else have the same problem? Thanks. Mark Mckim
