    How can i use 2D OpenGL feature for image display

    Hi, i have a task to create digital clock for full screen view, i have designed some png images for that. OpenGL sample code all talk about 3D, please guide me how can i use 2D OpenGL feature for image display for my task and give some link to some code sample if available.

    If you remove one dimension from 3D, the result will be 2D.
    Anyway, I do not see the reason for using OpenGL for a digital clock (there are no arms to rotate for example).

    Yes but there will be different shape for digits 0-9 and i want to control using OpenGL, some more images are also to display like bell Day of week etc
