    UI will not load

    Hi All,

I have a small problem in that my application will install ok on the phone but when I go to open it a blank screen briefly flashes and then I end up back in the Applications part of the phone. I assume this is a UI problem but please advise if I am in the wrong section. I have previously installed this application and it worked ok but I have had to port the application from carbide 1.2 to 2.0 and now I am having difficulities.

Please also not that the icon for the application no longer shows up correctly. It has been replaced by a cube and I assume this relates to the same preoblem.

Can anyone please advise on where I should look first? Is it a uid problem or do I need to do anything in perticular to change how the app loads its ui?

    Re: UI will not load

You should look at this and this to sort out your application icon issues.

As for the application launching and closing, try debugging it to see where the problem is. If you dont have extended error codes enabled do them using this
