    S60 3.2 - Windows 7 x64

I see the prereqs for carbide c++ 2.0 / v3.2 SDK are up to Vista, 32 bit.

Whilst this is a support statement, I was wondering if anyone's had any success running
    - under x64
    - under Windows 7

presume there's no linux version of the tools -- at least I couldn't see anything?

I might try it out in the next few days. It's just for simple experimentation (and use of emulator)

I am happy to tell u that I am running Windows 7 x86 candidate release and have S60 development environment installed and working pretty good with no hacks

-ActivePerl, latest download from ActivePerl homepage
    -SDK 3rd MR
-Carbide.C++ 2.0 (Installation folder copied from windows vista)

but it has some drawing issues the emulator when select menu options it doesn't let the emulator to redraw the screen again, may be this is my code mistake but it was working fine on vista.

Unless its a known compatibility issue or something, I would say has to be something within your code that should be causing this issue. You could try creating a basic GUI application using the UI Designer and see if that works fine.

FYI - all 32 bit applications works well with Vista 64 bit , except the device drivers so there should not be any issue
