Question PIM and Trusted 3rd party

    Hello.

Before I throw myself into programming, I would like to be 100% sure that my app won't suffer from constant Security messages like:
    • Allow to read user data
    • Allow to write user data
    • Allow to add item to calendar
    • Allow to ....

You see I have an idea which involves "a lot" of calendar (PIM) activity. I've read quite a few documents regarding Java access rights and certificates (ex. http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._access_rights)

I'm trying to create some kind of alarm app which is going to display on an average 3 alerts per day.
As RegistryPush isn't a solution because of S40 (no multitasking as far as I'm aware) - the only widely enough covered solution would then be adding calendar events for every alarm. Right?

So my question here is: does anyone have personal experiences with PIM + certificates (Verisign). Does signing the app really reflects in an unobtrusive calendar management?

    Thank you in advance,
    Damjan

Could you explain this in more detail, please? Why is PushRegistry no option?
