Remove sis after getting in from mms or wapPush

It's possible to remove sis file after downloading it via wap-push link. I want to allow user just to install application but prevent form giving it to other person.

How this case look like with mms, can I send a small (0,5mb) sis file via mms, and allow user to install it but prevent copying the intaller file?

No go. In most cases, the SIS file wont survive the MMS transfer as carriers filter them out...
