    How do you convert it to sisx format ?, basically sisx and sis are excatly the same, and Symbian does not usually recognize files by their extension, but by the actual data in them.

    Also note that your application UID needs to be in the 0x2... range and signed with developer certificate or symbian signed.

    Re: problem with auto start and certified sis

    sory for the long reply, here i show my pkg file

    PHP Code:
    Installation file for Symbian OS 9.x for generic console application
    Installation file for AutoStartExample EXE
    ;
    This is an auto-generated PKG file by Carbide.
    This file uses variables specific to Carbide builds that will not work
    on command-line builds. If you want to use this generated PKG file from the
    command-line tools you will need to modify the variables with the appropriate
    values: $(EPOCROOT), $(PLATFORM), $(TARGET)
    ;

    ;
    UID is the exe's UID
    ;
    #{"AutoStartExample EXE"},(0xEA1E70CF),1,0,0

    ;Localised Vendor name
    %{"Vendor-EN"}

    ;Unique Vendor name
    :"Vendor"

    "c:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\EPOC32\release\gcce\urel\AutoStartExample.exe"          -"!:\sys\bin\AutoStartExample.exe"

    "c:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\EPOC32\data\z\resource\ExampleAutoStart.rSC"-"c:\private\101f875a\import\[EA1E70CF].rsc"
    i convert from sis file to sisx file using command promp, i gt it from kiran,
    this is the code
    PHP Code:
    1makesis mypkg.pkg myappunsigned.sis
    2
    makekeys -cert -password kiran123 -len 1024 -dname "CN=Kiran User OU=Development OR=KiranCompany CO=FI EM=kiran@test.com" KiranKey.key KiranCert.cer
