I am having a problem with my 6310i/DLR 3P/Data Suite.
I access the modem manager, selected Com 1, but the whole PC locks up. Only if I unplug the phone does the PC start working again.
I tried a trial version of TDK Mobile and that worked fine, (but one has to pay $17.00 after the trial period), so it is definitely the Software. I tried de/reinstalling.....
(Trying to contact TDK directly is like herding cats, impossible!
if i don't start getting answers soon, this will be the last Nokia phone I will buy!)
I cannot believe that NOKIA thought that this is a credible alternate to customer support, BOY, have they been duped!
