    [launch java application]

    how I can open java apps from python?
    I know that I can open symbian apps by founding the relative .exe file anda launch it with exec ecc..but for the java apps(.jar) how can I do?

    Following gargi, You just need to know the UID of the j2me app And a LAA extension which only works with Pys60 1.4.x (2nd and 3rd ).More info here :

    Oh, thanks~ LAA is a great.

    And one more question:
    How can I know whether a certain midlet(e.g. Opera mini) is insatlled on the device, and how to get it's UID?
