    Unhappy Submitted .sis file is not permitted for use with Open Signed (Online)

    Hi All,
    I created an Application to retrieve the cellId, mmn, mnc and LacId and send it over GPRS Network.

    I am using Classes like
    Code:
    MCellIdObserver& 				iObserver;
    CTelephony* 					iTelephony;
    CTelephony::TNetworkInfoV1  	iIdV1;
    CTelephony::TNetworkInfoV1Pckg 	iIdV1Pkg;
    and in a seperate class

    Code:
    RHTTPSession iSession;
    RHTTPTransaction iTransaction;
    RHTTPHeaders iHeaders;
    i think this is pretty Simple and things are working finr on Emulator. I am giving the following permissions
    Code:
    CAPABILITY	  	  NetworkServices ReadDeviceData ReadUserData
    The Sis file is being made with no problems.

    Now when i try to openSign it using

    https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/pa...ignedOnline.do

    It is giving a error response. "FAILURE: Submitted .sis file is not permitted for use with Open Signed (Online)"

    Some inputs would be of great help.

    are you using test-range UID with it, or UID that is registered via the same account you are suing for signing ?

    Try searching for that (DiBo and Google show some hits).

    Hey thanks Wizard Hu , symbianyucca.

    but this is plain insanity, I try a zillion time yesternight and get a error message "Submitted .sis file is not permitted for use with Open Signed (Online)" again and again.

    Went back to bed last night thinking about what went wrong.

    Today in the morning while brushing my teeth. I cleaned the Project , made a sis and sent again and it was a "Success".

    Definitely I was happier, but I could not understand the reason.
