Newbie with questions Mobile Internet Toolkit and 7650

    Hi there,

I'm very new to all this so please bear with me!

I need to create a colour wap site to browse on series 60 phones. I've got the mobile internet toolkit but I'm unsure how I use this and preview stuff as it would appear on a series 60 browser. I just want to build the site on my local drive and then when I've got it working, host it live for all to see.

I gather that I need to somehow get the device emulator and tie it into the toolkit. I'm just unsure which files I need and how exactly I configure them to work with the toolkit.

Any help would be much apprectisted, there's just so much stuff here and I need to do so little!

    thanks in advance

Download and install the NMIT 3.1 and then download and install the Series 60 Content Authoring SDK from here: http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,35452,030,00.html?fsrParam=2-3-/main/1,,030,00.html&fileID=2689

Select the S60 SDK as your active simulator and you should be all set.

    Hi,

go to www.forum.nokia.com Tools and SDKs section.
    Select technology area: Browsing/WAP Tools
Here you can find the Series 60 Content Authoring SDK 1.0 for Symbian OS, Nokia edition
