    Extended Header Params

Where I can get this identificators. For example in multipart/mixed format there is name and others params. In related type there is presentation id, name and others.

    PDU Example of multipart/related part:
    2F
    8D14
    0F
    9D
    85496D6167655F31342E67696600 // Extended Param 0x85 - "Name"
    C0
    22 // Boundary
    3C496D6167655F31342E6769663E00 // Presentation ID
    8E // Another Param 0x8E - Like "Boundary Name"
    496D6167655F31342E67696600

    RE: Extended Header Params

C0 stands for Content-ID (WSP spex)
22 is a quote, not Boundary (Content-ID is given as "quoted string&quot
the null-terminated string is the value for Content-ID.

    8E is Content-Location
