How to cut fragment from video file?

    Hello All,

Did anyone have the same task? In more detail, I need to mark begin and an end of fragment of video file and save it. I am using S60 v3 FP2 SDK.
Please help, I didn't found any solution yet.

    Thanks

AFAIK, public SDK does not have any APIs for the purpose, however, you could maybe check whether the API plug-in could help you on this task.

    Thanks for the answer.
I am new for Symbian. Could you please to give me a link where I can start searching for that SDK. Or maybe I can use Java for that task?
I have found on Nokia forum a doc which describes how to use CVideoPlayerUtility class to play video on the given interval. Maybe there is a method to redirect video stream to memory?
