    Ui designer

    Hi
    I used the Carbide ui designer to buid empty form container
    By default,it constructs the status and control pane.
    I want to put some text editor that will cover whole screen so I need the status/control areas.
    When I try to hide in Appui, I write:
    Code:
       StatusPane()->MakeVisible(EFalse);
       Cba()->MakeVisible(EFalse);
    The status pane disappears but not the Cba.
    I cannot delete them from the ui designer also.

    Any suggestion?
    Thanks for help

    In CMyAppUi::ConstructL after :
    BaseConstructL(EAknEnableSkin);
    InitializeContainersL();
