Question Nokia 6131 NFC - "no server access"

    Hi,

I am developping a MIDlet that tries to get a resource from a URI, by using the method

    Code:
    platformRequest(url)
When I launch the MIDlet I get the error "No server access", but if I type the same URL in the web browser, there are no problems with it.

I guess this is something about web settings.

What could I try to make it work?

    /Andrea

Re: Nokia 6131 NFC - "no server access"

I have done another test: I have tried to launch the browser from the MIDlet, but instead of using a link my server, I have tried a usual link, www.google.com, and it works this way.

But still, I need to make it work with the required web address, which is something like

    http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx/dir/dir2/file.ext

I am facing a similar problem. When I contacted my service provider they said
that the service can contact only wap enabled websites.
