    Unhappy We coodn't complete registration. Please help !!!

    We are trying to register at https://publish.ovi.com/login.
    But unfortunately we have got a problem. When we are trying to pay 50 euros using Visa card (raiffeisen bank. http://www.raiffeisen.ru/) we are getting this message: "payment could not be completed'.

    After the first attempt our bank sent a message that there was not enough money on our account.
    We put sufficient amount of money to the account and tried to make payment one more time.
    But we got the same message "payment could not be completed" and our bank informs us that there was not any requests from you.

    What should we do?

    This may be a temporary glitch or something else that needs further investigation. I've forwarded your message to the Ovi Support team so they can look into it.

    Hello 2bubblegames,

    Your credit card has tried to register a few too many times (at least 7) and has since been refused by the payment system. Could you please use a different credit card for your registration?

    Hello Sherwin

    It is true. We really tried to register many times(maybe even 7). Beacos we couldn't find the problem. We tride to use difrent web browsers.

    Could you please unblock our credit card?

    Contact your bank, the international banking system will have blocked your card as fraudulent. ie too many attempts.
