Position The CAkndialog Derived Class At The Required Place

    Hai All,

How Can We Place The CAknDialog Derived Class Dialog At The Required Position?

I Am Using A Custom Control In It That Contains A ListBox And SearchField.

    I override The Function SetSizeAndPosition(const TSize& aSize);

It Always Show The Position At (12,70).

    I Don't Way?

Is There Any Proper Example To Use Custom Control In Dialog That Positions At The Required Place?

I Am Also having One More problem.

How To Display The Title Of The Dialog At The Top?

    Thank You

Re: Position The CAkndialog Derived Class At The Required Place

    Hai All
I Found The Solution To Place The Dialog.

I Override The Function SetSizeAndposition And In The Function I Am Setting The Rectangle for The Dialog Using SetRect.

Then Size Changed Will Be Called And You Can Also Set The Positions For The Controls?

I Didn't Find The Solution To Display The Title Bar.

Now I Am Having One More Problem.

If Change(less Than The Size of dialog rect) The Size Of The Component Controls Of The Dialog The Screen Behind The ComponentControls Of The Dialog Is Not refreshing
(Eg If Open Options Menu The Options Menu Is Not Cleared In Some Places(The Dialog Placed Just Above The Menu bar Like Text Query Dialog)).

If Any Solutions For This Post Them As Early As Possible.

    Thanks And Regards

Re: Position The CAkndialog Derived Class At The Required Place

What The Hell That CAknDialog(CEikDialog) Is Doing.

For The Same Code And Resource The Positions For The Rich Text Editor Set By Me Are Not Changing And For The Edwin The Rectangle Is Changing.

I Don't Understand What Happened Internally.

Which CEikDialog Functions Should I Compulsorily Override.

    Pls Help Me Regarding This?

    It Eats My Time

    Thank In Advance.
