    Thumbs down how to read a data from text file and place in label

    hi symbian developers i am trying for a application like i have to retrive a text data from the server which is stored in file and want to place in a label of my container depends on events can you please tell me how to do it ...................................................

    HelloWorldBasic already writes/reads data to/from file. Then you can use a simple DrawText in your container and/or create a CEikLabel. You will probably find example usages of both, if you search for them in the discussions and/or in the Wiki.
