Midlet signing - online certificate check

I have a midlet signed with Thawte cert.

When installing the app an error comes up: "Installation security warning. Unable to verify supplier. Continue anyway?"

If online certificate check is disabled from the phones settings the error doesn't come up.

Any ideas how i could get rid of the error (with online cert check enabled)?

What is the server where the phone tries to check to certificate?

    Hi,
Have you tried turning off the online certificate check. You can find it under Options in the Application Manager.

Option One, Try siging your app with some other certificate - say from Verisign or test a Verisign, signed app downloading from internet on your device with online cert check enabled.

Is the device able to connect to Thawte site over GPRS, is GPRS enabled?

If verisign works, check with your Thawte customer support why it fails.

    thanks,

A bit late, however, did you solve this issue? A try:

That is written within your certificate. I recommend to test this via Wi-Fi and Wireshark. Do you get a OCSP response? Is your certifcate unknown, revoked, or good? If it is good, does the returned chain of certificates match a authority in your Nokia?
