Post Would messaging affect telephony or say phone book?

    Thanks for coming @_@

I set a message filter to filter out and silent those messages that I don't want end-user to read.

But after this is done successfully, one problem occurs.
While recieving a phone call, only the phone number of contact person (already stored in phone book) displays,
    the his/her name does not.

Meanwhile, the message from the same person displays incorrectly. Only his/her phone number displays, the name does not.

I am wondering what happened, would messaging affect telephony? How?
Would messaging affect phone book meanwhile? and how?

    Any guy could help?

    Thanks very much.

that would usually happen if you have dublicate entries on the number, then the system does not know which entry's name to show for the call/message.

    Thank you a lot.

But if it happened as you said, this will not happen to all of the contact persons.
    But it does.

    Would you help further?

    Thank you very much.
