Question Which field in SUPL identifies the message ?

    Hello Guys,
I am very new to SUPL and I am creating a tool to test supl servers.
I couldn't figure out from the SUPL specs, how do I know from a received SUPL message, whether it's a SUPL INIT or START or any other message. For example in diameter there was a particular field called command-code which was a mandatory parameter and was different for each message. In SUPL which field in the message should I parse to know which message is it ?
I know it's a basic Qn , but could any one help please .
I am not using any ASN compilers and decoding myself.

    Thanks

    See OMA-TS-ULP-V1_0-20070615-A.

    Good luck with the decoding.
