    Are you talking about an LCDUI List object?

    Lists do not generate any event when the currently selected item changes, so there is no good way to do what you want.

    You could use a thread, sitting in a loop, checking the selected index of the List... but that's a rather nasty solution. It is, however, the only way to do it (without creating your own "List" component using a Canvas). If you do this, make sure that the thread sleeps as it loops, otherwise it will consume a lot of cpu cycles, make the application unresponsive and potentially increasing battery drain.
