I'm working on a mobile game which is required to run on different Nokia hand phones. I know it is a good practice to declare a MAX_PREFETCHED_SOUNDS to store the number of prefetched sounds a phone can handle at one time. But i always can't find out the number of prefetched sounds of a phone, besides trial and error on the emulators to get it.

Is there a way to check the number of prefetched sounds a phone can handle at one time?
