Question Determine visible area in eSWT shell

    Hi,

I have a small problem in determining the visible area in a eSWT shell component.
I tried to use the methods getBounds, getSize and getClientArea but they always give me an area still occupied by the menu at the lower part of the screen. If I for example draw a rectangle on the shell with the heights I get from those methods, parts of the rectangle are hidden by the back command I added to the shell.
So, what is the best way to determine the visible area of a shell?

    Thanks,
    Till

getClientArea() is probably the one that fits your purpose. Are you calling the getClientArea after you have added the Command to the Shell?

Thanks. It is in fact the correct method
Somehow I made an error in creating the shell, the order must have been wrong. getClientArea is working for me now!

    Thanks,
