Question Full camera control by Java app

    Hi,

I am developing an application that needs to have full control of the camera on the cell phone, to activate it, define resolution and start capture. I think to use JSR 135 (mobile media api) to achieve this, but I am not sure this is the way. Can anyone help me to find a Nokia model that allow me to have this control of the camera, and also have GPS and runs Symbian? Thanks in advance.

Re: Full camera control by Java app

    Hi Artur,

As i know there is no API in j2me that will give the full control of camera on a cell phone.
There is two multimedia API avaiable in j2me one JSR 135 and other one is AMMS JSR 234.

    Thanks
    Avdhesh
