Exclamation Media Geo vs Media Genre

If an application allows access to media, but does not actually get distributed with media, does it require a Geo or Genre account?

Example: An application displays media on the device through a third-party web api.

Does this require a Media Geo account and it's required $1M USD Liability Insurance?

This is a very important policy which must be put into concrete as this will effect a large majority of N900/Maemo applications.

Re: Media Geo vs Media Genre

We would think that this is an application and not personalization content (themes, wallpapers, audio or video) in the strict sense . So, it should not apply.

    Thank you.
