    I tried to install my application on a Nokia n82 but i get these 2 errors.
    I get the development certificate from symbiam signed online, i build the application with phone realese GCCE and i'm sure that UID3 is in the development range.

    unbale to install may be due to something unusual in your pkg file.So can you show it up.

    i suppose they are not two errors, Unable to install is the error message & Certificate error is its reason.

    Thanks for the celerity,
    Here there is the .pkg's code.

    Code:
    ; Installation file for Rette application
    ;
    ; This is an auto-generated PKG file by Carbide.
    ; This file uses variables specific to Carbide builds that will not work
    ; on command-line builds. If you want to use this generated PKG file from the
    ; command-line tools you will need to modify the variables with the appropriate
    ; values: $(EPOCROOT), $(PLATFORM), $(TARGET)
    ;
    ;Language - standard language definitions
    &EN

    ; standard SIS file header
    #{"Rette"},(0xE8000005),1,0,0

    ;Localised Vendor name
    %{"Vendor-EN"}

    ;Unique Vendor name
    :"Vendor"

    ;Supports Series 60 v 3.0
    [0x101F7961], 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

    ;Files to install
    ;You should change the source paths to match that of your environment
    ;<source> <destination>

    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\data\z\resource\apps\Rette_0xE8E6F126.rsc"		-"!:\resource\apps\Rette_0xE8E6F126.rsc"
    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\data\z\private\10003a3f\apps\Rette_0xE8000005_reg.rsc"	-"!:\private\10003a3f\import\apps\Rette_0xE8E6F126_reg.rsc"
    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\data\z\resource\apps\Rette_0xE8E6F126.mif" -"!:\resource\apps\Rette_0xE8E6F126.mif"

    ; Add any installation notes if applicable
    ;"Rette.txt"		-"!:\private\E8E6F126\Rette.txt"

    ;required for application to be covered by backup/restore facility
    "..\sis\backup_registration.xml"		-"!:\private\E8E6F126\backup_registration.xml"

    - So you forgot to include executable entry? Entry for .exe?
    - pUid(package UID) can be different but was it intentional? Why not to use the SID(0xE8E6F126) as pUid(0xE8000005)?
    - What if you build simple HelloWorld GUI application from Carbide.c++ and install the resultant .sisx file on your device? Does it create problem too?

    Thanks to all!!!
    I successfully installed the application!
    I have only a question, for curiosity's sake: why mobile takes a few second to 'indentify' the certificate?
    thanks for celerity and attention.

    Ps: I added the line with the .exe in the pkg and it worked!!

    There comes the job of software installer. In brief, it checks the capabilities you have used in your application comply with the certificate you are using.
