    Default Language in 9.4

    I have an application localized in two languages, English and Spanish.

    The PKG file specifies: &EN, SP
    And there are resources .l01 and .l04

    When I set the language of the handset to Spanish or English, everything works OK. There is not even a prompt for language selection during installation.
    When I set to it French, Italian, German or (I guess) any other, there is a language prompt (English or Spanish) on installation, but it doesn't matter which one I select, the UI will just show a lot of ??? on every localized string.

    Why is that?, what else do I need to do?

    PS: I tried what is stated in http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...cation_strings (adding a SC lang in .loc and mmp, but this did not work either).

    Showing the .pkg perhaps.
    Based on the description you may use the
    Code:
    {"asdf.r01","asdf.r04"}-"asdf.rsc"
    syntax, but it would be better to know for sure.

    the pkg is as follows:
    Code:
    ;Language - standard language definitions
    &EN, SP

    ; standard SIS file header
    #{"LB5", "LB5"},(0x2002B9A8),1,0,10

    ;Localised Vendor name
    %{"Vendor", "Vendor"}

    ;Unique Vendor name
    :"Vendor"

    ;Supports Series 60 v 5
    [0x1028315F], 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID", "Series60ProductID"}

    ;Files to install
    ;You should change the source paths to match that of your environment
    ;<source> <destination>
    "$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\release\$(PLATFORM)\$(TARGET)\LB5.exe"	-"!:\sys\bin\LB5.exe"

    Where is this syntax described?

    I can get this to work, and I have tried all I could find in this and other forums. This has been straightforward for 3rd Edition apps. Has anything changed in 5th edition regarding how to set default language?
