Joining Ovi proves to be a complex experience for me. I only registered as publisher (representing my company) Dec. 15 and already encountered error upon signing in Dec. 16. My username and/or password is not recognized in spite of the fact that I'm pretty sure I got the right uname and pword.
Nonetheless, I tried the retrieval button "forgot your username or password click here". After a few minutes no email from Ovi was received. I tried a second time providing my mobile number instead but still no reply.
I am alarmed about the possible cause of this problem. I have already provided all information including bank account numbers and the like in the forms but why can't I access my account?
I tried calling the local Nokia office but they advised me to post my concern in the forum instead, raising my concern by several notches. GRAA!!
Who would be the best party/department/person to contact regarding this concern? Please help.
