Stream audio and video in realtime in J2ME

I try to write application in J2ME where one mobile will be downloading and playing media file (3gp or wav) at the same time from other mobile device. It's close to real time streaming. It should be by Bluetooth. I fighting with it for some days and have question is that possible?

I try to put InputStream into Player output Stream but this don't work.
When I record sound by microphone and send data in parts I have to accept send every part of data.

Is this possible and if it is any clue ?

AFAIK its not possible as you need to get the whole file to play it using the player. So if you transfer it and then play it won't be real time streaming.
