What are the things needed for qt in s60 to start?

I want to start learning qt programming for S60 3rd. I have installed qt4 in my system for PC applications. Is it possible to do mobile applications on that?
Or, what are the things needed to set up a qt environment for S60?
Please include the links of which I need to download. and please give a tutorial on how to do all (I need not anything specifically related to qt C++, because I know how to do it for a PC).
Noramally, qt project is compiled for PC applications as,
    qmake -project
    qmake
    make

-for PC applications. What change should i need to compile the code for mobile.
I'm thankful if you reply to me as a beginner.

Well, there are plenty of articles in the Wiki that can help you get started. For example this one and this one are about setting up the necessary tools. You can find others in the Qt category or search for them.
