    Question hearing webradio with WRT-widget

    Hey there!

    I'm looking for a possibility to hear Webradio (f.e. http://broadcast.infomaniak.ch/energydance-high.mp3.pls) with an WRT-Widget.

    Is there something else like this?

    Code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/script.js">

    function stoppen() { document.musik.stop(); }

    function abspielen()
    {
     if(navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf('msie') != -1 &&
        parseInt(navigator.appVersion) >= 4)
     {
      if(document.musik.src.toLowerCase().indexOf('.wav') != -1)
      {document.musik.Run()}
      if(document.musik.src.toLowerCase().indexOf('.mid') != -1)
      {document.musik.play()}
     }
     else
     {
      document.musik.play(false)
     }
    }

    </script>

    <embed src="http://broadcast.infomaniak.net:80/energydance-high.mp3" hidden="true" autostart="false" loop="false" name="musik" MASTERSOUND><br>

    <a href="#" onclick="abspielen(); return false;">
     Abspielen
    </a><br>
    <a href="#" onclick="stoppen(); return false;">
     Stoppen
    </a>
    But with this method i've got the problem that if I want to test ist on my PC in Firefox, firefox crach's.

    I've got Adobe Flash CS4 on my PC so i could do it with this, any idea?

    EDIT: I'm now searching since 1 hour and found just this: http://fabriquons.org/en/?p=3 which doesn't work cause of compiling errors.

    Sorry for my "bad" english, i'm from germany

    Re: hearing webradio with WRT-widget

    Hello .david,

    I wonder if you have this problem still or found solution already?

    Playing sound links you would use openURL, which then launches the to launch appropriate music player.

    Embedding a flash player is one option too (e.g. http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...Lite_%28WRT%29)

    and URL like an RTSP URL given to the browser should open the Real Player and start streaming.
    e.g. RTSP link to the S60 Browser application (using "4" + "<white_space>" + "<rtsp_link>").
