    Yes, you can publish Qt applications on Ovi Store.

    I have tried to upload one and hope to see QA results soonish.

    Great! Did you just use the smart installer, signed with symbian signed and then publish it to Ovi Store like a regular application?

    No,

    You also have to sign the inner SIS; and change the creatorID somewhere in the process.

    As said, I am not sure if I got it right. But the moment QA passes my app, I will post a detailed tutorial to my blog.
