    unable to control access point

    Hi,
    I made an application where I want to open a link using the default web browser. for this I am following the link

    http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...in_3rd_edition

    If the setting of the web browser of the access point is set as ALWAYS ASK then my application also always asks for the access point. Till here there is no problem and everything is working fine, but if I set my access point as USER DEFINED and set a particular Access point then my application does not take this particular access point and it takes some other access point and therefore my web browser is not opening.

    So why this is happening? Can anyone help me sort out the issue?

    Gunajit

    Re: unable to control access point

    My code for launching the default browser is:

    Code:
    TInt CExampleAppView::LaunchBrowser(const TDesC& aUrl)
    	{
    	RApaLsSession apaLsSession;
    	const TUid KOSSBrowserUidValue = {0x10008D39};
    	HBufC* param=HBufC::NewLC(1024);
    	param->Des().Format(_L( "4 %S" ),&aUrl);
    	TUid id(KOSSBrowserUidValue);
    	TApaTaskList taskList(CEikonEnv::Static()->WsSession());
    	TApaTask task = taskList.FindApp(id);
    	if(task.Exists())
    	{
    	  task.BringToForeground();
    	  HBufC8* param8 = HBufC8::NewLC(param->Length());
    	  param8->Des().Append(*param);
    	  task.SendMessage(TUid::Uid(0), *param8); // UID not used
    	  CleanupStack::PopAndDestroy(param8);
    	}
    	else
    	{
    	   if(!apaLsSession.Handle())
    	     {
    	       User::LeaveIfError(apaLsSession.Connect());
    	      }
    	    TThreadId thread;
    	    User::LeaveIfError(apaLsSession.StartDocument(*param, KOSSBrowserUidValue, thread));
    	    apaLsSession.Close();
    	   }
    	CleanupStack::PopAndDestroy(param);
    	return 1;
    	}
    I didn't specified any particular access point in the code. Anyone please help me to select the default access point which has been set previously on the device by the user.
