    File Handling in Flashlite 2.0?

    Hi All

I have a quick Doubts, that Is it Possible for File handling in FlashLite 2.0 (ActionScript 2.0) Like flash player in AIR..

Becoz I want to read data from One Swf File to Another SWF File. But Those Files which are Located in Phone memory or Memory Card..

Not like read external file From Any Other Server Scripts.

Using loadMovie(), MovieClipLoader(), Loader Class are Used only to load External file from Client - Server Scripts to mobile..

I Need this File Handling in Mobile itself..

Is Any other Way to do....

    Plz Help Me..

I'm having trouble to understand you. Could you tell us what is your scenario, what kind of files you want to handle?
    Best regards,

    Hi...

Like Java.. We have a file Handling, That to fetch data from one file and execute to another..

The same thing, is it possible that file Handling in Mobile.

In need to read a swf file to another SWF, But these two files in a same path in Local Devices(Mobile)

Is it Possible in Flash Lite 2.0

As far as I know, the fastest way to exchange data between swf files is JSON. Writing binary data is not possible in 2.0, and Shared Object works only single swf file.

When you use JSON with Flash Lite, you need to know that some complex files could throw you some CPU errors in lower devices, because parsing the info in JSON files is more expensive in CPU terms than other formats. To optimize size and processing, the best choice is URL format (variables / values) or other systems like SWX (http://swxformat.org/)

    Hope it helps.
